There's something about the way she's standing there. So confident, so resolute.
No question she's got a strong point of view, despite her youth. The chalk words and markings on the blackboard, so absolute, so finite, so authoritative, but not to her. She's got a question, that delicate finger's pointing to. She's leaning against his desk and into her issue. His posture, leaning back, attentive, defensive, dismissive? He's clearly listening, but is he hearing her?
I sure hope so!
