A quiet studio but for the hand-pumped harmonium, expanding and compressing in the front of the room, breathing in and out along with our lungs, pacing us as we chant our oms.
Vibrations abound, soundly connecting our breath and the air in the room, early sunlight spilling through tall skinny windows illuminating the hardwood floor. Muscles melt, thoughts evaporate, worries recede as the harmonium completes its intention.
Lovely. I’m forwarding it to Sam who is an enthusiastic practitioner!
Good one Ricardo!
